Preview this week’s playoff matchups HERE
Central Conference
Midwest Division
Sunday, July 10
Illinois Premier vs RBFC Elite
Start Time: 6:00 CT
Venue: John Hersey High School (Arlington Heights, Illinois)
The final regular-season matchup of the 2022 UWS campaign in the Central Conference is set to take place on Sunday as Illinois Premier hosts RBFC Elite. Both of these clubs will be looking to close out their first season in UWS with three points and carry the momentum into 2023.
East Conference
Mid-Atlantic Division
Friday, July 8
Keystone FC vs Paisley Athletic
Start Time: 6:45 ET
Venue: Memorial Park Stadium (Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania)
Keystone FC has fought valiantly in many contests since its arrival on the UWS scene at the beginning of the season, securing its first win in midweek action on Wednesday. It will look to bring that energy into the final weekend of the season as it welcomes fellow debutant Paisley Athletic to Memorial Park Stadium.
Coppermine United vs Lancaster Inferno
Start Time: 7:30 ET
Venue: Coppermine Norris Field (Baltimore, Maryland)
It doesn’t get much bigger than this as first-place Lancaster Inferno begins a weekend doubleheader against second-place Coppermine United with a three-point advantage at the top of the Mid-Atlantic Division standings. Coppermine United will need to win both of these matches to usurp the longtime East Conference power for the division’s lone playoff spot.
Sunday, July 10
Lancaster Inferno vs Coppermine United
Start Time: 5:00 ET
Venue: Conestoga Valley High School (Lancaster, Pennsylvania)
The second of these two pivotal games between Lancaster Inferno and Coppermine United is set for Sunday. With the division title at stake, Lancaster Inferno will also be trying to secure a perfect regular-season record, with eight wins from its first eight games so far this year.
Paisley Athletic vs Keystone FC
Start Time: 5:00 ET
Venue: Kearny High School (Kearny, New Jersey)
Paisley Athletic will close out its first season at the UWS level in front of its home fans with its second match in three days against Keystone FC. If Paisley Athletic collects four points this weekend, it can go above NJ Copa FC into third place in the final division standings.
New England Division
Friday, July 8
Scorpions SC vs CT Fusion
Start Time: 7:00 ET
Venue: Medway High School (Medway, Massachusetts)
A pivotal weekend of soccer kicks off in the New England Division, with four teams competing for a pair of playoff spots. Scorpions SC hosts CT Fusion on Friday, needing three points from this game and some help from NE Mutiny to rise from fourth to second place in the division. CT Fusion, playing excellent soccer as of late, will need a win from this game as well, as a draw could leave last year’s UWS runners-up on the outside looking in should Albany Rush win its match Saturday.
Saturday, July 9
NE Mutiny vs Albany Rush
Start Time: 7:00 ET
Venue: Lusitano Stadium (Ludlow, Massachusetts)
NE Mutiny comes into its final game of the regular season with the New England Division title secured, as well as the playoff spot that comes with it. This is a crucial game for Albany Rush, however. The visitors can punch their tickets to the playoffs with a win and a CT Fusion loss or draw on Friday.
Worcester Smiles vs CT Rush
Start Time: 7:00 ET
Venue: Commerce Bank Field at Foley Stadium (Worcester, Massachusetts)
Worcester Smiles and CT Rush won’t be a part of the playoff drama in the New England Division this weekend, but both sides will be keen to conclude the 2022 campaign on a high note as they collide in Worcester to close out their slate.
Penn-NY Division
Friday, July 8
Erie Commodores vs FC Berlin
Start Time: 6:30 ET
Venue: Saxon Stadium – Mercyhurst University (Erie, Pennsylvania)
The stretch-run drama continues in the East Conference as the Penn-NY Division begins play for the weekend. Erie Commodores sit in third place, five points off the top of the standings, but hold a vital game in hand to be played Friday against FC Berlin. Should Erie Commodores come away with three points here, they can enter Saturday with their playoff hopes still alive.
Saturday, July 9
Pittsburgh Hotspurs vs FC Buffalo
Start Time: 7:00 ET
Venue: Founders Field (Cheswick, Pennsylvania)
Pittsburgh Hotspurs and FC Buffalo meet on Saturday with FC Buffalo knowing that a win very likely secures the NY-Penn Division title and the division’s lone playoff spot. FC Buffalo has already defeated Pittsburgh Hotspurs twice this season, but the hosts have proven to be a threat when they’re on their game and should not be overlooked.
Sunday, July 10
Rochester Lancers vs Erie Commodores
Start Time: 2:00 ET
Venue: Wegmans Stadium at Aquinas Institute (Rochester, New York)
Rochester Lancers and Erie Commodores will come into this game likely knowing their playoff fate. If FC Buffalo drops points on Saturday, both of these sides will have an opportunity to climb into the top spot with a win. Entering the weekend tied with FC Buffalo with 20 points, Rochester Lancers can also slide into first place should they overturn a four-goal disadvantage on goal difference.
South Conference
Southwest Division
Friday, July 8
SA Athenians vs Luxoria FC
Start Time: 7:00 CT
Venue: Soccer Central (San Antonio, Texas)
Trailing FC Austin Elite for the top spot in the Southwest Conference by three points as play begins this weekend, SA Athenians can put the pressure on the leaders with a win here. Luxoria FC will be a difficult opponent to overcome, though, occupying third place in the division after a thoroughly successful debut campaign in UWS.
Saturday, July 9
FC Austin Elite vs CTX Hornets
Start Time: 7:30 CT
Venue: Round Rock Multipurpose Complex (Round Rock, Texas)
All FC Austin Elite needs to do in order to clinch the division title and secure a playoff spot is manage a point in this home matchup against CTX Hornets. The division leaders ran out 3-0 winners in their first game against CTX Hornets this season, and have allowed just three goals in nine games played so far this season.
WilCo FC vs SA Runners
Start Time: 7:30 CT
Venue: Round Rock Multipurpose Complex (Round Rock, Texas)
WilCo FC and SA Runners conclude the Saturday action at Round Rock with what should be an intriguing contest between two teams trying to end their seasons on a high note. SA Runners made an early statement in their first-ever UWS game with a win over WilCo FC, and WilCo FC will be looking for some revenge here.
Sunday, July 10
Luxoria FC vs SA Runners
Start Time: 8:00 CT
Venue: Lowery Stadium (Allen, Texas)
Luxoria FC and SA Runners bring an end to the Southwest Division regular season when they go head-to-head on Sunday. Both will be out to conclude their debut UWS campaigns with three points.

These two Southern California foes are slated to do battle one more time this season as SC Blue Heat visits Los Angeles SC. FC Arizona vs Impact FC
Start Time: 7:30 MT
Venue: Legacy Sports Complex (Mesa, Arizona)
Impact FC brings an end to its regular-season with a trip south to take on FC Arizona on Saturday night. Impact FC claimed a 6-1 victory in the last meeting between these two clubs, and FC Arizona will be out to make up for that on Saturday.
